How to book:

Below there is a form you will need to fill out. Please ensure all information is correct, especially your contact information. Note that there are certain style I do not tattoo; Traditional, Watercolor, Color portraits or Cover ups. If you have a specific style in mind, I am happy to help you find an artist who best suits your style and ideas, as I work with several extremely talented artists. I will not tattoo anything hateful or racist. This is something I will not budge on.

Please include a photo of where you are looking to get your tattoo and marking it with approximately how big you would like the tattoo to be. Sometimes I may request an in person consultation rather than through email. If you cannot make an in person, I am more than happy to schedule a Video consultation.
Payments for the day of appointments can be made by card, venmo, cash app, or cash. Please be aware that card payments will have a surcharge of 4%. however, there is an ATM across the street at wawa.

Please make sure you prepare for your appointment. This includes a good night sleep, not coming in while sick, eating a good meal beforehand and dressing appropriately for your tattoo.

What type of work are you looking for?

Please provide me with your availability. Which days and times work best. Shop opens at 12pm and is closed Sunday and mondays.

Please be aware, I may not have dates that fit your availability and you may need to take off of work.

Deposits

All deposits are not refundable but are transferable up to one time only You must let me know at least 2 days before appointment time. No call/No shows will forfeit your deposit no exceptions. You will have to pay a new deposit fee. If you cancel and do not reschedule within a 2-week span, your deposit will also be forfeited. This deposit is a protection for your appointment and for my time. Please keep in mind, that if you change the design completely of the tattoo, I will have to reschedule the appointment, and this will take away from the one-time transfer.
